Noel Manjares is no strangers at Ganton Housing Project, Ganton. Manjares is familiar face to those around, Manjares also loves making money from his early age. Manjares also spending alot of his money for girl and party. Sometimes, Manjares works part-time at the local Burger Shot during the week, making little to nothing. Manjares has a friend, named Malvin River who has been a friend from his teen years. Sometimes Manjares also likes to ask for work when his own family financial situation is bad. Rivera always provides work, such as turning drugs back into money. Manjares worked with Rivera for five years and reached a point where Manjares had connections everywhere and a lot of money from his work.

After years of working, Manjares reached a point where Manjares began to feel arrogant and never saw Rivera again, Rivera had often contacted Manjares but never answered him. Rivera, has been with the gang at the Willowfield dead end, Playa del Seville. Rivera also has connections with ex-police officer, Bruce Hank who is now a close friend of Rivera. Because Rivera felt that Manjares owed him a favor and did not return the money that had been exchanged in drugs and was not returned in money. Rivera and his crew focused on finding Manjares current whereabouts. Manjares has been living away from the city in Montgomery. However, Rivera had connections everywhere and a wide eye that made it easy to find where Manjares was.

It only took Rivera a few weeks to find Manjares, and he eventually did so in a traphouse at Montgomery. Rivera threatened Manjares to meet him via text message, and Manjares finally got the courage to meet him again. In early morning, Manjares wake up and running his day as usual. While Manjares stand in the end of the corner, Manjares received a call from his old-friend, Rivera. Manjares immediatelly answer the call, Rivera said wanted to meet but didn't want to talk about money anymore, but just wanted to meet. Manjares and Rivera met at the traphouse on the corner of Montgomery. When Manjares arrived at the traphouse, and waited for a few minutes. Rivera was seen coming in and was alone. After a long argument, it turned out that Rivera came with his crew. A long conversation ensued but in the end, Manjares was killed.
