His mother Rosalia Berta worked hard as a street cleaner, while his father Eric Gamboa was killed in a gang war. Rudy learned early on that living on the streets meant being brave. By the age of 10, he had already stolen money to buy food. At 12, he got into his first serious fight after someone tried to take his belongings. When his mother brought him to East Los Santos, Rudy hoped for a better life. But what he found was worse. It was here that Rudy came to know a gang in East Los Santos called White Fence 13. For Rudy, they were not just a gang, but they were a family that gave him protection and identity. Affiliates with White Fence 13 made Rudy's life change even more and made Rudy's bad habits in the past come back again. Rudy and his gang friends are not just about participating in gang fights or selling drugs for money. For Rudy and his friends, White Fence 13 highly values loyalty between gang members. He would do anything for his gang members, because they would do the same for him. When Rudy's close friend Seco Fraca was killed in a shootout with White Fence 13's gang rivals, the usually calm Rudy turned into a cold person. He took revenge against the killer of his close friend, and because of this Rudy was eventually arrested by the police. Even in prison Rudy was still active in carrying out activities with his gang members. Now behind bars, Rudy has no regrets. He knows people consider him a criminal, but he doesn't care. White Fence 13 gave him a sense of belonging that he never got anywhere else. Therefore, Rudy had a tattoo on his bald head, showing his identity of “WF” and “13” on his neck. Until now Rudy has made the decision to be a member of White Fence 13 for the rest of his life, Rudy will be paroled from prison in May 2025, Rudy is looking forward to meeting his gang members on the streets and continuing his street life.
