  Kelvin Blackwood was born in Los Santos on November 19, 2006, to a mother named Stephanie and a father, Melvin, who had passed away. Losing his father at a young age caused Kelvin to grow up without direction, often feeling neglected and full of anger. Living in a harsh environment, he began to display a tough and indifferent attitude toward others. As a child who never felt truly seen, Kelvin often took out his loneliness by bullying his classmates and anyone he considered weaker than him. At school, Kelvin was known as a troublemaker who loved to fight. He had no hesitation in insulting and intimidating those he saw as weaker, using every opportunity to assert his dominance, whether with harsh words or physical violence. For Kelvin, bullying was a way to feel superior and cover up the insecurity he often felt inside. Despite his mother constantly reminding him to be better, he always believed that everything in the world was done through force.
 

  Kelvin was raised by his mother alone. He didn’t know exactly what his mother did for work, but she was able to provide for him since he was a baby. Since high school, Kelvin had developed a habit of bullying classmates he considered weak, despite numerous warnings from his mother to stop. From a young age, Kelvin believed that through violence, he could get whatever he wanted, a mindset that stemmed from losing his father. Eventually, Kelvin severely beat one of his classmates in high school, leaving the student in a coma for several weeks. Because of this, his mother was called in by the principal to address the situation. In the end, Kelvin was scolded by his mother for not listening to her advice. However, fortunately, Kelvin wasn’t expelled and was allowed to continue his education. His mother then enrolled him at Artesia High School and rented an apartment for him near the Crenshaw area.
 

  Despite his tough exterior, Kelvin was deeply affectionate toward his parents. Every Monday, he would often visit his father's grave, Melvin. He also loved his mother dearly and made sure to check on her every day to ensure she was doing well and staying healthy. Whenever he had free time, he would take her out for outings. As a teenager, Kelvin attended Artesia High School, where he gained a reputation as a troublemaker due to his constant bullying of classmates he deemed weak. He also engaged in inappropriate behaviors for someone his age, such as getting a tattoo on his neck with the letter "B" for Blackwood, drinking, and playing around with women.

Kelvin is currently continuing his education at Artesia High School, aiming to graduate. He often spends time with his friends, occasionally playing basketball at the local basketball court near Crenshaw. Kelvin lives in an apartment near Crenshaw, where he regularly engages in various fun activities with his friends.
