El Many who was 25 years old and had long been one of the sicarios of the Los Caballeros de Cali Cartel received bad news, the dissolution of the Los Caballeros de Cali Cartel and the disappearance of Navigante made him move and escape from the pursuit of local police, El-Many decided to leave and join a different cartel when he escaped in the city of Bogota in the Santa Fe district. El-Many, who has been a sicario for quite some time to the cartel he has just joined, is trusted by the patron of the cartel. Chico Emilio Navarro, the patron of El Cartel De Santa Fe, sent El-Many to Los Santos to expand the business of El Cartel De Santa Fe in the small Los Santos neighborhood of Las Colinas.
