$Scylla$ Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Spoiler Spoiler The Regina rolled into the street together with them inside. Tadeo was behind the wheel, keeping the speed low, eyes forward. Sergio sat beside him, silent, watching the surroundings instead of the road. They didn’t need to talk—this wasn’t a discussion, it was a job. The car stopped near the warehouse. Tadeo killed the engine but stayed inside for a moment, checking the area before stepping out. Sergio moved first, placing his hand on the hood out of habit, grounding himself as they scanned the street. Tadeo lit a cigarette and explained the movement briefly—where the product would go, how it was packed, how much they were taking. Coordinates, quantities, timing. Nothing extra. Beer boxes, same method as before. Sergio didn’t argue, only asked about when they moved. The answer was simple: immediately. They didn’t waste time. Tadeo popped the trunk and left it open while they walked toward the warehouse together. Sergio unlocked the gate and pulled it open just enough for them to slip inside. The place was quiet, the packages already prepared. They took the cocaine quickly and methodically. One package at a time. No checking, no counting out loud. Tadeo carried the boxes back first, arranging them neatly inside the trunk while Sergio followed with the rest. Once the last package was loaded, Sergio shut the trunk. Tadeo crushed his cigarette under his shoe and got back into the driver’s seat. The Regina started up again and pulled away, the street behind them unchanged, the warehouse sealed like it had never been touched.
