He was raised by his father to be professional football player, since childhood, he has been taught by his father how to play football. His father was serious about it even enrolled Narcio in a PSV Youth Academy by the age of 16. Narcio is a child who obedient to his father, so he follows his father's wishes to be professional football player. Narcio didn't want to disappointed his father so he trains harder while attending school and learning more skill in football, listen what the coach say, accepts feedback or criticism about his playing style in the academy. Until finally, his debut match for the academy, and doing well in the match.
