       Jaime "Bill" Bailey borns from simple family his dad named as Jeremy Deek and mother called as Sarah Bailey, Bill had always be an fighter for be a Baseball profesional player. Bill was raised around Chicago's South Side, Bill had a learned about his life is not fair enough. His mother, Sarah Bailey, Worked double shift as nurse on health center and who serve the food around the health center. His father, Jeremy, as father has been absence for long time he could remember. Of course Bill had biggers than the ocean deeply and Police sirens, To became an Profesional Baseball players. Bill want to escape and trying to became a real Profesional Baseball players.

On first day on his amateur team, Bill had little bit obstacle for being good at the team, Bill got no basic on the Baseball and keeps learning about the game. Day by day was pass, At 15 years old, Bill got promoted at the senior team on Bakersfield Badgers. On the field Bill play as pitcher, On the game, He was like a gun, Strong, Precision, Sharp. At 16 years old, Coach saw an potential on Bill offers him to play on another team. Bill is not readed the offers contract and when he play, He play on local gang team named as Cocalico Bangers. After Bill play on Local gang team, Bill is earning money, Protection and respect from those gang.

Sometimes there's an incident on Cocalico Bangers. They all play under perform except Bill. Cocalico Bangers didn't accept because of the crushing defeat from Urban balls. They started the war with brawl, and Bill's heard an gunshot as sign they started war with a firearms. Bill at the time is trying to escape from the incident and invite his family to move out to a place might be a safe enough, After seven days thinking about, Bill takes decide to out from Chicago and go move to Los Santos with his family, He's hope there's more safer there.
