D-Day, the issue arises when the investigator tries to use the RICO Act against Mayahuel MC, who has had a significant impact on the US street market by dealing in illegal guns and narcotics, which has an impact on the country's network of criminal organizations. Because Mayahuel MC had been too involved in the black market as a crucial supplier, the investigator sought to use the RICO Act to eradicate the existence of the organization. Haynes kidnaps one of the detectives to trade with Huggy, who had already been kidnapped on the same day that the detective planned to complete the RICO Act. This served as the justification for sending Huggy back to the track after he had threatened his family multiple times. After learning that his member had been kidnapped by Mayahuel MC, Mike, who was preparing to file a RICO Act against the organization, was unable to keep quiet. As he carried out the RICO Act, Mike immediately led all of his troops to the Mayahuel MC derelict fabrication. After stepping foot, the two sides negotiated the swap of Huggy for the detective in Mayahuel MC's hands. It revealed out that Mike grabbed Huggy in order to help him in arresting Haynes without a struggle since he didn't want any blood when he caught Haynes. Huggy was detained for this reason for the purpose to work with Mike in securing Haynes as Mayahuel MC President. But the plan didn't work out, and Haynes threatened one of its members.
