Part 1: Worker in Little Tokyo     Yuki works at Ichiran Ramyun, a small restaurant in Little Tokyo, where Yuki starts her day early by preparing fresh ingredients, chopping scallions, boiling the restaurant’s signature broth, and ensuring the dining area is spotless before customers arrive. Throughout the day, Yuki takes orders, serves steaming bowls of ramyun, and greets both regulars and tourists with a warm smile. Despite the long hours of standing behind the counter and managing a fast-paced environment, Yuki remains dedicated to providing excellent service, taking pride in the restaurant’s reputation for authentic flavors and quality dishes.   (( The story will be added as time goes on.))
