His mother is an American citizen who works as a government volunteer in America while his father is a Mexican citizen who works as a mechanic in Fortcartson. Raimundo Herrera lives alone in the area around East Lost Santos by renting a boarding house in the area. Before Herrera moved to America he had his fondest memories in Mexico. He underwent school education in the city of Tijuana, Mexico. The city of Tijuana is a very dangerous city because it has a high crime environment and many Mexican cartels in the city. Herrera was a very naughty student at his school. He always skipped classes and slept at school and had many friends so he got into the basketball hobby circle. Although Herrera was very naughty, he respected his friends by hanging out near the basketball court and playing basketball. They formed an inter-regional basketball club and participated in tournaments. After several phases of the tournament, Herrera's club advanced to the finals and met one of the basketball clubs with a cheating club background. When the final tournament began the Herrera club was several points ahead of the rival club. At one moment the rival club began to plan to cheat by playing rough and bribing the referee with money and drugs. Herrera and his friend were very upset with the rival club's game and began to protest with the rival club players. Herrera approached the captain of the rival club and started beating him unconscious. seeing their captain unconscious, a group of team members started beating him and a brutal brawl ensued. the rival team brawled using hard and sharp weapons. 6 of Herrera's friends and 4 members of the rival team died as a result of the incident then Herrera and one of his friends escaped. From this incident, Herrera became a fugitive from cartel members because his rival team had collaborated with cartel members. Hearing this information, Herrera escaped and dropped out of education to America by plane to America, precisely in the city of Los Santos. While in America Herrera did not tell his parents for fear of thinking about what happened to him while in Mexico. Herrera rushed to find a san boarding house in the East Los Santos area. Coincidentally in the area there are several Mexicans who help Herrera live in the city of Los Santos. He also began to live life in Los Santos by starting to work as a delivery truck.
