Jeffrey Dawson born and grow up around the Blueberry Safehouse, a location that well-known as Whiteberry Yard, and notable  for its right-winger, and white power influence. Jeffrey Dawson himself exposed early to the ground principles of the white is a superior race amongst other races. He's a part of the second generation of the right winger political spectrum. His inclination to this typical radical ideology is shown early-on in his Junior High era. Just like every other white power sympathizer, Jeffrey read a book like The Turner Diaries, and Will of Power that's politically exploited by Friedrich Nietzsche's sister who's married to a member of the NSDAP  (National Socialist German Workers' Party). Just like the old school saying that "The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree"  Jeffrey was also born to a pure Saxon-American family who also carried the same value, and perspective regarding the superiority of their race. Therefore, Jeffrey has always been taught to keep his excellence either in school, or in every ball game.

Teenage Jeffrey Dawson then exposed more deeply to the right-winger, white supremacy ideology when he was first introduced and mingled along with the senior Packerwood in the Whiteberry Yard. Jeffrey believed from the get-go, that anger and hatred is the main fuel to fight the heinous world fabricated by the other races. Jeffrey was always a hostile teenager, he would do everything to protect his race, his neighborhood, and his brotherhood. As a local teenager in the Whiteberry Yard, Jeffrey often asked to run small errands as the older Packerwood said that the errand done, is proof that Jeffrey deserved to bounce with his badge.


As Jeffrey grew older and getting deeper into his political movement, he was motivated to do something bigger that could fund the whole movement, providing prosperity to spread his ideology in the area of Red County. Jeffrey then committed a string of armed robberies with another Packerwood, but after committing four robbery sprees, he got caught by San Andreas Police Department, sentenced and served his jail time in San Andreas Correctional Facility. In 25th January of 2025 Jeffrey was let out on a parole, and he’s going back to the Whiteberry Park again.
