One night in 1998 in the city of Ciudad Obregon, Mexico a boy named Emiliano Esteban was born. He was born into a family with limited economic resources. His father worked as a laborer in a local factory while his mother helped support the family by working part-time at a rice factory. Emiliano had an older sister but he had never met her and did not know her name.
 
As Emiliano grew up and entered elementary school he received the bad news that his father had been in a work accident and died. That afternoon Emiliano who was still in elementary school was informed by his teacher and rushed home to be with his mother and family who had been waiting for him so they could see his father one last time before he was buried. At the time Emiliano did not fully understand what had happened. He just sat silently watching as his father was buried. As he grew older Emiliano began to take on more responsibility for his family’s well-being since his mother was approaching retirement age. When he was still in junior high school he started working at the market helping people move their goods. However despite his efforts his earnings were still not enough to meet the family’s needs. Balancing work and school became increasingly difficult.
 
Emiliano was not like most students. He was more interested in learning about computers than in his school subjects. He often skipped school and went to an internet café to study computers. While at the café he became curious about the Dark Web a place for trading illegal goods. After some research he learned about the opportunities to earn money by participating in illegal transactions. Emiliano was tempted by the prospect of earning money and decided to try selling his first illegal item a short-barreled weapon that he had obtained from a neighbor. After successfully selling the weapon and receiving the money he felt very happy. He shared the proceeds with the neighbor who had helped him and gave all the remaining money to his mother.
 
Over time Emiliano became recognized on the Dark Web under the alias "Manilea". He eventually dropped out of school and chose to focus on his illegal business. He bought his own computer and received advice from his online friends to learn about cybersecurity so he could protect himself from law enforcement and other traders who might try to harm him. Emiliano became skilled at hacking the site he used to trade and made significant profits. However as Emiliano grew older he faced the loss of his mother who passed away due to old age. Instead of remaining in sadness he decided to move to San Andreas specifically to the city of Los Santos where he hoped to reconnect with his friends and continue his business. Emiliano sold his house and all his assets in Ciudad Obregon and started a new life in Los Santos.
