     The man with a background as a cumlaude majoring in business and management at Oxford University decided to return to his hometown of Los Santos after studying until mastery degree. As a fresh graduate, it is certainly one of the challenges of facing and looking for jobs but for Jace Carlisle with qualified skills and the title he got became one of the considerations and a big benchmark for a company to accept him. And sure enough, many well-known companies offered him to join their company. This happened right before he returned to Los Santos and of the many company names, he decided to join TMS.

 

     TMS is a company engaged in marketing, logistics services, supplying and packaging businesses. TMS is headquartered in London and Chicago and of the two places Jace was placed in the London headquarters and assigned as a marketing division supervisor. Within a year of his contract, TMS was so satisfied with Jace's performance that he was promoted to head of the division. Everything was going as it should for an employee until he was faced with a bigger contract to move to TMS headquarters in Chicago and would be appointed as a chief inspector.

 

     Seeing this great opportunity, he accepted the offer and moved to Chicago. There as the new chief inspector, many of the division heads of TMS Chicago could not accept him as a person who had to command them so the working atmosphere in the company was quite a challenge for Jace considering the competitiveness between employees was very high. Seeing this atmosphere and remembering that the work environment must also create a sense of comfort between employees, Jace decided to resign from TMS. From his decision, the only thing that Jace had to do was to return to his hometown in Los Santos.
