Oswald Heisenberg was born on March 18, 1989, where he was born into a prominent and wealthy family in Berlin because of the illegal business owned by the "Heisenberg" family. The Heisenberg family's illegal business was first pioneered by his grandfather, Jannik Heisenberg, who is a former marine who has close connections with the post-World War II government. Meanwhile, his father is Bastian Heisenberg who inherited an illegal business from his grandfather. Since the business was taken over by his father, the Heisenberg family has been very well-known for being the number one distributor of illegal drugs and weapons in Berlin. To cover up his illegal business crimes, his father also built a Pharmacy Company, where Heisenberg family's crimes money was "laundred" to the company. At the age of 25 years old, after graduating from college, he was immediately trusted as the Finance Manager at his father's pharmaceutical company, where he learned a lot about how to launder money for his family's illegal business. Apart from that, he was close to government officials as well, Oswald’s father introduced the gov officials to him from the underground nightclub owned by the Heisenberg family in the Berlin area. Business went smoothly for years, no one dared to interfere with Heisenberg’s illegal business. About 10 years later, the power of the Heisenberg family was not what it used to be, especially with the new Prime Minister who wanted to eradicate illegal businesses in the Country. One by one, the Heisenberg family was arrested for the illegal business activites that they had been running for decades, including Oswald’s father who was eventually imprisoned for life for his illegal business activities. Many of Heisenberg's family members fled abroad to avoid being imprisoned, including Oswald Heisenberg who fled to Los Santos, leaving behind all the luxuries that his family had in Berlin. Arriving in Los Santos, he only had $2000 in his suitcase and a diamond ring from his grandfather worth around $5000. With these money, he tried to live his life so that he could enjoy the luxury that he once had in Berlin. He find ways to make a lot of money quickly. He often visits several bars in Los Santos so he can seek for people who can work with him. Long story short, he met someone who was known as one of the drug dealers and weapon dealers in a bar that who can work with him. After meeting the person, he started his illegal business in Los Santos. He feels that illegal business in Los Santos still has great potential, with his illegal business experience that he had in Berlin, he feels he can run this illegal business in the future in Los Santos.
