During the meeting, he was going to announce that one of the members would be promoted, and he would also formally appoint them to their new position. The member was being promoted to a "prospect" in the club due to their efforts and contributions, and this recognition was the reward for their dedication. As he rode his motorcycle with his members, Raul felt joyful listening to the sound of the loud engines as they made their way to the bar in Dillimore. Upon arriving at the bar, Raul immediately began the meeting and made the announcement. One of his members was promoted to Prospect, and everyone was happy. This event served as motivation for the other members to take their roles in the club more seriously. However, in the midst of the celebration, Raul noticed a suspicious person near the pool table. Although he tried to ignore them, the person continued to stare at him. Feeling irritated, Raul decided to leave the commotion and instructed two higher-ranking members to handle the situation. He then went to the restaurant, which served as the club's headquarters. Two hours later, Raul remembered he had an appointment with someone. He quickly left to attend the meeting, but on his way, he was stopped by a large black car. The driver got out, holding a baton, and struck Raul in the head, causing him to lose consciousness. While Raul was unconscious, the driver bound his hands, feet, and mouth, and then threw him into the back of the car. Raul was then taken to a secluded area where he was to be executed. Once they arrived at the location, the driver dragged Raul out of the car and shot him in the head to ensure his death. After Raul died, the driver contacted his boss and left the scene. After some time, one of Raul's friends, who was out on patrol, happened to find his lifeless body and took it to the cemetery.
