Because of this, Michiko had to try get money for her sister treatment by flying to the United States of America. Because Michiko was a woman, it was very difficult to find job in the United States, most of the jobs offered were usually done by men. Michiko met a woman from Japan who helped her and allowed her to stay at apartment, the woman's name was Yurou Hahito. The Yurou apartment neighborhood is home to Yakuza from Japan who are also in the United States. Michiko finally fell into the Yakuza environment and was offered many benefits, Michiko thought that he could handle her sister hospital treatment. One of the people who offered many benefits to Michiko was Genkei, he offered his residence, vehicle, and medical treatment for his sister if she would serve him in various ways. With the beautiful appearance of a Japanese woman, Genkei thinks that Michiko can increase her drug sales. Michiko life has changed, she has a house, luxury car, and can handle her sister treatment. But a few months later his younger sister died of the disease. Due to existence of mafia which provides cheaper drug prices, Genkei drug sales have decreased. Since then, Genkei has always been annoyed with Michiko and always raped her because he felt she was no longer useful. Michiko, who can't stand her condition since Genkei drug sales have decreased, thinks about killing Genkei who always rapes her every night. Michiko asks Yurou about what she wants to do, Yurou was afraid that something untoward would happen to Michiko and advised her to just report it to police department. Michiko has made a careful decision and will still kill Genkei. When Michiko wanted to kill him in the apartment room, Genkei aide suspicious of threat occurring in the room.
