Devraj was born to a hard-working immigrant family who came to Los Santos from Mumbai, bringing more hopes than their two hands could hold. His father, Arjun Rao, and his wife Neelam, started life with a small shop in the slums, selling spices and Indian food that they cooked with love. Over time, the shop became a favorite among the locals who began to admire their warmth, both in their food and their smiles. Devraj grew up in that simplicity, watching his parents work tirelessly to build a better life. For him, they are living proof that big dreams can be realized with hard work. On one hand, Devraj is proud of the Indian cultural roots inherited from his family. But on the other hand, he is also part of the flow of life in Los Santos, a city that taught him that life is about continuing to grow and daring to dream bigger. After completing his education at one of the city's top universities, he has big ambitions to transform his family's business. Not just wanting to continue his parents' small shop, Devraj dreams of opening a chain of Indian restaurants across Los Santos, introducing authentic Indian cuisine in a more modern way but still full of stories and cultural warmth. In the cutthroat and competitive business world, Devraj knew that his path would not be easy. He faced many challenges, from skeptical investors to intense competitive pressures.
