Clark Sebastian Jacobs, often called Clark Jacobs, was born and raised in Davis, Los Santos. From a young age, he lived with his aunt after his father died from a drug overdose and his mother abandoned him due to financial struggles. Growing up in a rough neighborhood, Clark became accustomed to witnessing violence and other criminal activities. At the age of 20, he was forced to flee to Liberty City after becoming entangled in a gang war. During the conflict, he killed three rival gang members and was "accused" to have killed a police officer. As a result, Clark became a fugitive, wanted by the LSPD, and could no longer stay in Los Santos for the time being.

Five years later, Clark Jacobs had to return to Los Santos as his beloved aunt fell gravely ill, and there was no one else to care for her. However, finding a legitimate job was nearly impossible due to his name still being on the police watchlist. Desperate for money, he resorted to working part-time, selling marijuana in the neighborhood, and occasionally robbing convenience stores. Now, Clark has grown tired of living a life of crime. On top of that, he has learned that the LSPD is starting to catch wind of his presence in Los Santos, forcing him to seek a safer, more inconspicuous way to earn a living.

Despite his part-time jobs, Clark’s monthly expenses, especially with his aunt’s medical needs, were becoming too much to handle. He constantly racked his brain, trying to find a way to make extra cash. The question remains, what would Jacobs do in this situation?
