Raised in a multi-million dollar household as a child of a successful real estate tycoon, he enjoyed his life with private schooling, travel and yachting. Still inside of him, there was something that he knew only the affluent man could pursue, but was unobtainable even for a millionaire like Flabious. He had issues in mind regarding the differences between him and other residents within his society most of which were of a humble status. Not willing to sit idly let alone take over the family business, Flabious decided to enroll in a criminal justice program. Not backing down, he applied for the force and was posted as junior rank patrolman in one of the toughest precincts in the city. Some co-workers even began to doubt his intentions of following a dream and thought it was just a whim Flabious was about to embark on. When new police officers decide to become a patrol officer, they are expected to serve their communities. Flabious started programs that offered advocacy for youths in trouble, supporting them through tuition, offering payments for clerks after school activities and supporting youths in programs like sports. He invested money on training his personnel on handling force, respecting communities, and avoiding force wherever possible in the force. Through his sweat and determination Flabious was promoted to the rank of Commander and the then he went on challenging policing in the city. He began developing community policing programs that would create openness and partnerships. In his stewardship, the department has been able experienced incredible decline of crime levels without incidences of violent confrontation of the civilians. Flabious never acted proud or stuck up even though he had all the chances given that he was very wealthy. He would always be seen moving about the community addressing residents and listening to their issues. There was at least one man who got it, that leadership is communication and something as simple and profound as being a host. Commander Flabious Galyleo set out to become a hope, proving that only mended and motivated privilege could make such an impact, and would inspire others to follow to uphold justice, with integrity and empathy.
