          On the 19th of December 1994, Mark Christopher Flanagan was born from an Irish-American family in the city of San Fierro, United States of America. He grew up in a rough mob infested Irish-American neighborhood, where he learned at an early age how to take care of himself and fight for what he wanted. Having a rugged charm fashioned by years of suffering, the complexities of his family background, and the difficulties he endured in his early years. He has a wiry physique, a craggy face, scarred cheeks, brown hair with a few silver streaks from stress, and deep brown eyes that appear to be filled with emotion.

 

          Growing up in an area that was frequently marred by violence and neglect, Flanagan encountered many challenges. As a result, he became strongly opposed to the life he ended up in when he was forced into crime. In addition to being resourceful, persistent, and fiercely devoted, he also exhibits vulnerability as a result of his difficulties accepting himself and others. Flanagan spent most of his early years in his father's autoshop business, where the noises of machinery and the smell of oil provided him with the reassuring sense of a relationship with his father that he so desperately wanted. In the years that followed his father's death, Flanagan found himself in charge of San Fierro City's most infamous chop shop.

 

          With the help of his partner, Joseph Doherty, Mark Flanagan made it to step up his game into a bigger one. Doherty introduced Flanagan to a powerful figure on the San Fierro City who runs various businesses on San Fierro, Lawrence Donovan. Flanagan started to move the stolen cars with Donovan’s dealerships, with forged documents and vehicle identification numbers, their operations was left unsmelled by the authority. Now Mark Flanagan is working under an Irish-American organized crime gang which known as The San Fierro Crew or The Donovan Crew.
