Seijuro “Hiko” Kenshin was a young bosozoku from Japan who moved to Los Santos, following his leader Kenji. They moved to Los Santos because they wanted to usher in a new era of bosozoku in the USA. Day after day, month after month, and year after year, they succeeded in creating the new era of bosozoku through business and relationships with other bosozoku who had been living in Los Santos long before them.
Seijuro had some responsibilities in their business; he always had to restock their sake. When he restocked the sake, he encountered some problems at the docks that forced him to go back to Japan to ensure business continuity.
Two months later, after resolving the sake problem, he returned to Los Santos. Upon arrival at the airport, he took a Taxi and went to the Kamikaze Bar. When he arrived, he was shocked because the Speedshop and the Bar were gone—everything and everyone had disappeared. He felt hopeless and guilty for going back to Japan.
The next day, he continued searching and calling them, but he got no response. When night fell, he jumped into his car and went to the Speedshop, again and taking a walk nearby. As he walked, a black man approached him and asked to walk together. Five minutes later, he noticed that the black man had a gun in his pants. He realized that he was being directed to a secluded place by the black man. After that, the black man pulled out his gun and pointed it at Seijuro’s head, then started robbing him. Seijuro fought back, but fate had other plans. He failed to take the man’s gun and got shot in the chest. After that, the black man took all of his stuff and money, leaving the body behind.
