At that time, the Seville area was hot with news of the arrest of several local gang members who were imprisoned by the LSPD. Jayvon was born into a difficult family, he is the older brother of two brothers, since he was little he has longed for a glamorous lifestyle and things until the thought arose that life was unfair for poor people like him and his family. Due to growing up in a tough neighborhood, Jayvon grew up to be a tough child too, he has known the darkness of life since he was still young. Such as buying and selling illegal drugs and the widespread distribution of illegal weapons. When he reached his teenage years, his environment also became worse, starting with the joining together of several local gangs to sell drugs on a large scale, this made it easier for Jayvon to obtain and even distribute the goods himself. Jayvon was expelled from his junior high school because he was caught distributing drugs in his school environment with his friend, namely DaVion Carver, and was considered useful by one of the important people in the combined criminal organization of two local Playa del Seville gangs. Recently, the top leader of the Playa del Seville criminal organization was reportedly arrested by the police while he was staying low. Not long after that Jayvon and DaVion were recognized as the new leaders, knowing this made Jayvon realize that he had to take his organization to a more serious level. Starting from ensuring that all operations run smoothly, to finding pipeline networks where they get illegal weapons, as well as drugs. After they both became high councilors of their organization, they brought several friends they met when they were both still in prison when they were caught selling drugs, these people were Cody Oates, DaVinch Howell, and Franklin Finch.
