He was born into a wealthy family, as his father was a manager at a large company. However, things took a turn for the worse when Cesar was 2 years old. His father became addicted to drugs, which led him to become a crackhead. The family was no longer as stable as it had been before, after developing this destructive habit, his father often became violent toward the family. The family then decided to move to Los Santos, hoping for a change in their father. But nothing changed, his father became even more addicted due to the many gangs in LS that selling drugs. Day by day, things got worse. Now 12 years old, Cesar was a nerdy kid at school, not mingling much with friends, dealing with social issues from how he was raised. When Cesar reached high school, he changed his personality 180 degrees. He made friends with a dealer who pulled Cesar into the game. Now, Cesar was working with his friend, selling joints, only joints. He was fed up with his father, who was no longer working and had become a total crackhead. One night, when Cesar’s father wasn’t home, Cesar mixed all the drugs he got from his friend with his father’s drugs. When his father finally came home, he started blazing and smoked all the drugs, but because the drugs were mixed with so many different types, Cesar’s father overdosed and died that night. Life had to go on. Cesar’s mother now worked a nine-to-five job at a store, while Cesar kept up his dealing, sticking to selling weed joints and nothing else. After earning a lot of money from his business, he rented an apartment not far from his house. Cesar tried not to bother his mother. He often gave her money from what he earned and made sure to visit her regularly.
