He stopped right at the residence of the East Side Locos Headquarters which has now become a home for illegal immigrants. There was a lot that was different about that place, Pie didn't see any of them that he recognized. He asked himself if there was anything wrong with all this nonsense. Not long after that his old friend appeared, his name was Juan Caballo. Juan looked at him unhurriedly with a look of hatred. Pie shows him around because he's curious about what's going on.

He asked about things not looking safe in the city. Juan just nodded while grinning. Looks like he really doesn't like Pie. But Pie remained relaxed and invited him to talk somewhere by the calm river. He told Pie everything that happened. Pie felt very guilty. But Juan could not escape this hatred. He couldn't contain his anger because Pie had been missing for so long that his comrades in arms had died but Pie wasn't there to help. With uncontrollable emotions, Juan took his gun and shot Pie until Pie died horribly.
