   Cleon John, was born on October 22, 2002 in the bustling city of Los Santos. He grew up in an environment where financial success was often seen. His parents, Steven John and Rebecca Lancaster, provided him with a privileged life. Steven John is a successful businessman, and Rebecca Lancaster is the scion of a famous family. Even though he was raised in an affluent household, young Cleon was fascinated by the roar of engines and the rush of speed. Since his earliest recollections, cars have fascinated Cleon. He had no idea that one day he would put his face into an automobile engine. He used to spend more time in his dad's garage than anywhere else when he was younger since there wasn't anything else that could keep him occupied like a roaring engine and shimmering metallic bodywork outside. By the time Cleon turned ten years old, he already had an extraordinary ability to identify various brands and types of automobiles. When Steven realized his son's excitement, he soon got Cleon involved in some minor repairs and changes and started teaching him about car mechanics. Cleon's skills improve over time and their relationship as son and father strengthens with the time they spend together in the garage.

   As Cleon reached his teenage years, he became more interested in the thrilling world of street racing. Cleon was drawn to street racing for its wild and dangerous atmosphere, which contrasted sharply with the rule-filled environment of professional racing. His first race changed him forever; the sound of the engine and the thrill of the chase left him wanting more. Although Cleon’s talents were respected among a few local racers, he had yet to gain recognition in the broader street racing scene. Cleon was unfazed, and motivated by a strong desire to be the greatest.

   He needed a car that matched his desire in order to do this. With the money he earned from minor races and his own resources, Cleon purchased his first vehicle, a used Nissan Skyline R32. Despite its reputation for outstanding performance, this model had a number of drawbacks. The original RB26DETT engine was tired, the turbochargers were slow, and the chassis was displaying rust. Unfazed by these difficulties, Cleon began a daring renovation endeavor. He began by renovating the engine, upgrading it with a customized RB26DETT and a fresh high-performance turbocharger setup to boost power and responsiveness. To achieve maximum efficiency, the engine underwent a thorough tuning process. Stability was enhanced by adding more reinforcement to the frame, while handling and comfort were improved by incorporating adjustable coilovers into the suspension system. The exterior of the R32 was updated with fixed bodywork and a custom paint job that highlighted Cleon's individual flair. Cleon fitted the inside with racing seats, updated the dashboard, and added a customized roll cage for better safety.

   The once dilapidated Nissan Skyline R32 was transformed into a powerful symbol of Cleon's dedication and determination. Despite these improvements, Cleon's journey to fame was still in progress. Cleon was aware that he needed to demonstrate his skills in Los Santos, a city filled with many skilled racers. Every competition he participated in got him closer to his goal of becoming a renowned figure in the street racing community. Driven by his aspirations to make a lasting impact in the racing industry, Cleon was ready to take on the obstacles that lay ahead.
