          Ricky is the nickname for Cale Carricke, a child who was raised by strict parents due to the background of the European conflict that forced their family to survive the situation. Ricky aspires to become a soldier, but his peers just laugh because they don't believe Ricky will achieve his dreams. On the other hand, his parents are very supportive, with the hope that one day Ricky will become a respected figure among the Irish people. Ricky, who is 20 years old, tries to register to join the Irish army, and because of the prolonged conflict, anyone who registers for the army will be accepted. For others this is stupidity, but for Ricky this is a way of life to achieve the welfare of the Irish people.

 

          Ricky's career in the infantry skyrocketed because all his competence and discipline in carrying out his duties often made the crew led by Ricky get awards. Because of his good performance, Ricky was appointed as the commander of the Irish army, ready to face the conflict in Europe, and because of his brilliant career track record, many of his soldiers strongly supported him. After several years in the infantry, Ricky saw that the government of the country was very incompetent, with corruption everywhere, which made the people, especially Northern Ireland, fall into the highest poverty point in Europe. This is what made him retire, and together with all his soldiers, he formed a party to overthrow the government and enter a new era for Ireland.

 

          It is unfortunate that he had to lose the Irish prime ministerial election due to fraud in the voting. This is what made the anger of the people of Northern Ireland even hotter after seeing the figure they strongly supported being cheated in the election. The biggest Irish conflict could not be contained anymore and triggered riots everywhere between the people and the Irish police. Ricky and his soldiers decided to join the Irish armed group called the IRA to quell the conflict, even though it was in their own way. But because the media easily distorted the facts, finally the image of the IRA in the eyes of the public was very bad and made the people attack the IRA group, including Ricky and his troops. The Irish police arrested all the IRA syndicates.

 

          The conflict subsided, but the investigation into the IRA troops was still carried out because it was considered to trigger further conflict, so the Irish government ordered the Irish police to arrest all IRA members. Ricky and some of his soldiers managed to escape and migrate to Los Santos as immigrants. But because Americans often see the bad background of immigrants, Ricky's troops and other Irish people have difficulty getting jobs. This is what made Ricky and his troops form the Irish people's union in Los Santos to fight for the welfare of the Irish people. Ricky's life continues in Los Santos and he tries to fight anyone who troubles immigrants in Los Santos. Now Ricky has become an important figure for the welfare of the Irish people, as his parents had hoped.
