            Al Kareem Cuisine is a dynamic mobile fast-food restaurant that brings rich, authentic food from the Middle East directly to the streets of Los Santos.             This mobile fast-food restaurant is run by a man named Stafani Jaabani, an Irish man who converted and found grace in the culture and tradition of Middle Eastern countries when he faced misfortune and found himself stranded in Saudi Arabia with no way to return home, he met a friend and later become brothers who helped him and introduced him to the culture and traditions of the country. Eventually, he was able to return to Los Santos, and from there he started a culinary business featuring the unique cuisine of these countries and introduced it to the people of Los Santos. Stafani also often works for charity, offering free food at certain events or times, especially for the homeless.
