His father, Arrick Hutchins, and mother, Arnie Joaquin, were immigrants from Mexico who tried life in California. Since he was little, Tierney's father was familiar with the criminal activities because he was an affiliate of a gang in California, so Tierney followed the blood of his father, who was already familiar with the criminal activities. Since childhood, Tierney had seen many of his father's friends who were gang affiliates and became indoctrinated with these activities. Drugs, alcohol, shootings and other criminal activities have been commonplace for Tierney since he was a child. When he entered high school, Tierney always hung out with friends who were of the same race as him. Usually this association dominates other associations. J, who is one of Tierney's friends, J used to smuggle illegal weapons into his school by taking advantage of the connections he had. Tierney was a little interested in doing this, but he was still afraid to try it because it was the first time for Tierney to smuggle illegal weapons into his school. However, his friends at school also told Tierney to do this and Tierney was challenged because of his friends. In the period of 1 month, Tierney still managed to smuggle these illegal weapons, many students, school workers and teachers secretly bought these illegal weapons from Tierney. But apparently after that, suddenly several police officers approached the school from Tierney. It turned out that the smuggling carried out by Tierney had been discovered by the local police because several buyers were caught by the police and complained that Tierney was the seller of the weapons. Tierney surrendered and did not move because the evidence provided by the police had left him speechless. Tierney was also sentenced to 2 years in prison by the court. 2 years passed, Tierney was free from prison and started life after he got out.
