Ochoa’s Crime Connection, abbreviated OCC, is a criminal organization engaged in drug trafficking throughout Los Santos and San Andreas. Ochoa’s Crime Connection was founded by the Ochoa family from Mexico, precisely in Santa Fe. Ochoa Crime Connection was created to distribute most of the narcotics from the plantation as well as from the lab set up by the Ochoa family. They can produce the number of drugs in the cannabis type from their plantations to be distributed from Mexico to San Andreas. The Ochoa family has been in the narcotics business for half a century and has gone through many dilemmas that occur between the family and the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration). They hold many legal and illegal businesses, including managing a car wash, a mechanic's workshop, and a tow truck service, to hide their large source of income obtained from illegal activities. Ochoa Crime Connection does not have a structure because all the founders have the same voting rights in this criminal organization. Ramiro Ochoa, alias El Antespados, is the founder who founded this organization. El Antespados has a strong network between arms dealers to build a security system in the distribution operations that are carried out. In 2001, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) arrested a dealer on the streets of Los Santos who was a subordinate or direct network with the Ochoa Crime Connection. The DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) ran a special operation to arrest the mastermind of distributing large quantities of cocaine to Los Santos. In 2002, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) arrested a man named Don Paso, who was a liaison between the OCC and the shipment of large quantities of cocaine to Los Santos. Don Paso was a trusted liaison and subordinate of Ramiro Ochoa, aka El Antespados. After the case, shipments from OCC-controlled Mexico were temporarily halted to quell the case being investigated by the DEA.

Ramiro Ochoa, alias El Antespados, was among the five suspects designated by the government. At the time, five key members of the Ochoa family were arrested. At the same time, the son of El Antespados continued his family business and remained a distributor with Los Santos to become a steady economy on the road. 10 years after the case in 2015, Ramiro Ochoa was released from prison and took over the distribution of cocaine that had been held by his children for a long time.

In 2015 Ramiro Ochoa, El Antespados were released from the prison, Ramiro regaining his power over OCC. His re-entry was swift and characterized by instant moves to nullify rivals and orderly reinstate the organization. During this time when he was away, the position was held by his son who surrendered to his father’s supremacy and experience. Nevertheless, internal wrangles marred this handover period. Ramiro recognized that there was need to scale up OOC operations hence broaden its portfolio of activities. This diversification saw him delve into the market of synthetic drugs which were gaining popularity on streets. With an extensive web of contacts, he created partnerships with European as well as Asian cartels thereby opening up new markets and routes for their merchandise. The fronts were maintained–the car wash, mechanic’s workshop, tow truck service–but the amount of money laundering soared through investment in real estate, nightclubs and even tech start-ups.

With modernization, however, law enforcement's pressure on Ramiro mounted up. With the DEA already technologically more advanced and with improved intelligence capability, they monitored the activities of the OCC with an eagle eye. Ramiro engaged hackers and cyber experts to fend off and frustrate DEA investigations against their operations. As the case was now, FDLSO used drones for surveillance and delivery, meaning they were always ahead of the authorities. In 2020, a new threat emerged in the form of a very powerful opposing cartel run by a former ally, now betrayer, Alejandro "El Fuego" Martinez. With elite political patronage and ultra-sophisticated weaponry, El Fuego was much of a threat to OCC's strong hold over Los Santos and San Andreas. Intense turf war came, with both sides-pinching a lot of weight on serious causalities. During this period, the leadership qualities of Ramiro were put to the test. He launched carpet bombing and ruptured El Fuego's supply lines. It also killed important members and Lieutenants of his Organization. But the war was costing Ramiro personally. He lost trusted Lieutenants, and employing a constant guard against assassination began to tell on his nerves. And then, in a surprising turn of events, Ramiro made a decision to open peace talks with El Fuego. The negotiations were hard, as both men knew very well that the risk of betrayal was always there. In the end, they made an uneasy peace, dividing territories and signing non-aggression pacts.

But things took a turn in  2023 when a particular kind of peace that we previously possessed was disturbed. The conflict begin when a new rival cartel, Black Sun Syndicate rise in the region as led by a cold blooded man known as Victor "El Sombra" Hernandez. These guys were fully determined to become the only decision makers of drugs in Los Santos and San Andreas. Some of the former partners of El Fuego restaurant financed them while the rival gangs were armed with modern weapons. One day, the Black Sun Syndicate who intends to harm the Lozano family planned to attack Ramiro without any notification and thus, Ramiro was assassinated. He said it was really a blood bath and helped scribble another bloody scene of the cartel wars. The whole thing was gradually getting out of hand and posed a serious danger as to its impact on the OCC. Leydy Ochoa was up and about immediately after her husband, Ramiro, died, moving immediately into action. Menandro Ochoa, Lautaro Ochoa and Lucy Ochoa which they are known as the generation of Ochoa, second generation was not left out in the tragedy. The two are fixated with the goal of toppling the people involved in his father’s demise and the re-establishment of the organisation.

PRESENT DAY

712eb534df2fe22288294.jpgLeveraged with their links, Santiago Blasco and Mouran Parejo was a great help to the organization by OCC continuing their operations where they could be directed to cany supply chain efforts. Santiago, the old warrior, managed the operations developments with the bare horses, and Mouran acted as the front man. The rest of the crew was the group of loyal friends that executed the everyday errands enabling the cartel to function without hitches. Daniel Gambino, the launderer of the money, was the financial manager of the business. Through his connections with users, Blake Rouco only had to ensure the supply was seamless to the partners. Out of them, the Raul Addino and Mateo Sancho who both had had experience doing this kind of work. They used to gain other people's yield to get expanded. Besides the successful elimination of threats and the strengthening of OCC, these kinds of legal settings were the key roles played by the enforcers who the family has given work to. Rouco, the family's main enforcer, used different sorts of weapons such as an M-16 assault rifle, submachine gun, AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, etc.

Under new leadership, the OCC survived, adapted, and evolved under new guidance to remain in bloom in the volatile criminal landscape of Los Santos and San Andreas. An ironpoke by Menandro, together with sharp thinking of his brothers and sisters, and great connections he had with some other powerful people, promised the Ochoa's legacy will go on as one of the biggest criminal organizations in the region. They were the ones that made up the Ochoa family, who were mysterious, feared, and revered because they had skillfully got through the sophisticated network of the alliances and rivalries that had identified them in Los Santos and the underworld of San Andreas without ever having been involved in any illicit activity.
