The Marcy Oriental Organization occupies the East Side. Running a dangerous fake drug business that they make, they sell the fake drugs to people on the East Side secretly. Usually they all make the drugs at the apartment which they all call Howell Apartments besides the drugs Their fakes sometimes contain cement, rat poison and other chemicals.
