It all started with all the chaos experienced by Jimmy and his criminal organization, GOU KAP WAN is a gang led by Jimmy Feng and occupies the position of Dai Lo, Jimmy has been representing his gang out there for years. GOU KAP WAN is currently on the verge of collapse, due to their ties to the 14K Triads in San Fierro, where GOU KAP WAN is a subordinate of a Tong, Shui Fang Tong led by Charles Yang who is now dead due to disease. Long story short, all that has passed, GOU KAP WAN and Shui Fang Tong have disappeared due to the feud between them and 14K Triad, now Jimmy Feng lives a regular life, works as a truck driver and when he has time he sells various kinds of drugs.

With his life becoming numb, Jimmy has lost his purpose and is depressed, the person he loves is gone, now there is only him and the bottles of beer he drinks every night, he always makes time to drink and get drunk after he works, even when he at work he often gets drunk while driving, Jimmy's life has been ruined, now he is an alcoholic bastard who has no feelings.

One quiet night, after work as usual, Jimmy visited the bar where he usually stopped for a drink. Jimmy decided to relieve the stress of everything. He drank a lot of alcohol until he was at the point where it was difficult to see or dizzy, he decided to leave and go home. by getting into the car, Jimmy's emotions peaked, he let out all his sadness in the car and cried, after that, Jimmy pulled over from the road to pee, suddenly he heard the sound of a shotgun being cocked behind him, he was robbed by a gunman, because Jimmy was drunk , he couldn't think clearly, he rashly tried to fight the robber which resulted in him being shot and dying, his car was taken away and Jimmy breathed his last.
