Elpidio's father was an immigrant from Mexico who worked hard for himself in Los Santos. His father was always behind Elpidio. Elpidio is 13 years old, he already knows all the activities of his father who always tries to make money from all activities, including criminal activities in Los Santos. From a young age, Elpidio was taught to be a strong person against the darkness that was before his eyes.
