Oscar's mother is of Vietnamese descent, while his father is an American descent. Oscar's grandparents immigrated from Vietnam in 1978. Since he’s a child, he lived in America, specifically in Atlanta, Georgia. Oscar interacts with mixed friends in Atlanta, and he has never experienced about racism from his friend or also the neighbourhood. He lived on well neighbourhood, they all welcomed he and his family. He try to interacts with everyone, and everyone likes him. He went to school on Atlanta until he graduated from elementary school, And suddenly his family decided to move to a bigger house in California. Oscar's father is a businessman with connections across America, running an organization that sells illegal guns or drugs. However, only few people known this, Most people just know Oscar's father is a owner of small restaurant in California. Oscar spent his days in Los Angeles and made new friends as he went to high school in Los Angeles, a neighborhood in the United States populated by wealth people. Oscar became interested in basketball because one of his friends, Kendrick, introduced him to it during a break at school. He became interested and explored the culture of basketball. Watching NBA games with his friends, playing and practicing at school. After graduating from Junior High School, Oscar decided to live alone and far away from his both parents. Oscar then lived in his parents abandoned house in San Jose, California. He went to high school in San Jose, California. Oscar got called a racist slur from his friend, Oscar was mad at that point and his rage was out of control, Oscar gave a few punches to his friend and fainted. Oscar was in so much trouble and he was called to the Principal's office, from that moment Oscar became a very different person at this time, got troubled and he's don't know where's he going. Oscar's parents were already contacted and they were concerned, but Oscar isolated himself from his parents. After being dropped out from high school, he never interacts with his parents since that moment. Oscar decided to move to Los Santos and isolate himself on new street.
