Menggunakan font yang mudah dibaca (Arial, Calibri, atau Tahoma),Font size: 14, dan jangan diberikan atribut berlebihan (Bold, Italic, atau Underline). Gunakan huruf kapital dan tanda baca yang sesuai penempatan kata dan juga yang baik dan benar. Saran saya coba untuk dibuat 3 paragraph agar terlihat lebih rapih.
