Powell was born to a mother named Angelica Javantus and a father named Dashard Rondo. Powell has a younger sister named Queentin Lamarcus, both of whom have very different characteristics. Powell has a good personality while Queentin has the opposite personality. Powell has a very honest, disciplined, firm and diligent nature. When he was in elementary school, he was a disciplined child and was never punished by his teacher. During elementary school, he had quite a lot of friends. During elementary school, he always got first place, as well as when he was in middle school and high school. above, he never received any punishment at all from the school or the teacher in that subject. Since he was little, he wanted to follow a different career path from his father, he was more interested in a career in the field of national security and defense. Powell is currently 21 years old, his father Rondo encouraged him to pursue a career in the country's defense and security sector, but it was not easy for Powell, he had to practice and put in a lot of effort for that. Powell's younger sister, Queentin, is very different from him, she chose to follow her father's career as a chef at one of the famous hotels in Los Santos. Powell now wants to have a career in this sector, he has mostly left his parents behind, and he has had very hard physical and psychological training, behind his exhausting efforts he also has a career as a lumberjack in San Andreas to meet his daily needs, now he is mature enough for a career in the defense and security sector of the country, he is capable enough to take these tests. If Powell fails, he will try again, again and again to make his parents proud, and he promises his beloved mother to make his family happy.
