Felipe has a younger brother named Anthony Gayoso Pliego, born in 1989. Felipe has been a member of the local gang White Fence since he was a teenager. He has family ties to the gang because both his father and mother were members of the White Fence. Felipe is well-known in the neighborhood as the son of the White Fence's leader. Felipe like 90s G-Funk gangster rap, and he can rap quite well. Felipe also enjoys playing bombing tag on the street, and he has been a troublemaker since he was a youngster. When Felipe was 13, the leader of the White Fence assigned him a job to sell a few grams of heroin, and Felipe was only armed with a switchblade. Felipe rolls throughout the park and walks everywhere, attempting to sell the heroine to the locals. Felipe discovered a lost man and asked him for a heroine; the man eagerly accepted the heroine and asked whether it was on him right now. Felipe frowns, as he was not even brought the heroine pack and he says no. The stranger told him to meet him at the telephone booth near the alley; Felipe agreed, and they splat out. Long story short, Felipe waits for the stranger, and they slap hands. Felipe gave him the heroine; the man did not give him the money. The man flees, and Felipe pulls his knife and chases him. The man falls after unintentionally hitting his toe on a pole, Felipe stabs him five times in the belly, and he searches the man's pocket for his heroine and steals a few dollars. Felipe returned home safely and told his brother about what had happened. Felipe was 39 years old, and he was the leader of White Fence alongside his brother Anthony Pliego and close friend Julian Guerra. Felipe's uncle, Rudy "Gizmo" Almada, was imprisoned in a correctional facility when Felipe saw him for the last time, and Rudy promised him he would be released in about a week. Rudy was a member of the Mexican Mafia from White Fence; he can prove everything the Fence requires from within the bar.
