Frecheville "Lurch" Evangelou is a young British man born in Croydon, South London, United Kingdom. Frecheville comes from one of the biggest business families in the UK. The Adkins family. His father, Raymond Adkins, is a club owner and the largest gin and tonic maker in the UK. Freccheville is the owner of the nightclub because his father died of heart disease. After months of him owning the nightclub, the Adams family partnered with the Adkins family. The Adkins family supplied the gin and tonic because it was the Adams family's favorite drink after they tried it. Alistair, who at the time was the lead mafia member of the Adams family, was attracted to the drink because it had a delicious flavor and fit his mouth.

Since then Frecheville and Alistair have had a good relationship and trust each other. After many years the Adkins family partnered with the Adams family. The Adams family was in a period of decline. Many of its members betrayed and reported the family's position to the authorities or to their rivals. Many of its high-ranking officers also corrupted the Adams Family fortune and left the syndicate. The Adams Family was dead, and the remaining families were hunted down and brutally murdered. Lincoln Adams was the father of Alistair, the previous Adams leader killed in the incident. After Frecheville heard the news from his connections. He officially terminated his partnership with the Adams family. After missing news from Alistair for several months, Alistair now contacts Frecheville to work with the Adams family again, because Alistair is creating another crime syndicate in Los Santos, America but with the same name, The Adams Connection. Hearing the offer offered by Alistair, Frecheville was interested in joining him. He also went to Los Santos, America. And created a new criminal syndicate called The Adams Connection.

Lurch has a connection to the Peckham Boys to help him on the streets, but he gets news that his members have been caught by the pedz and the Peckham Boys members aren't there to save him, at that time Lurch is upset and meets directly with Nate as the chairman, Lurch scolds Nate for his very disappointing work, the two of them argue very hot, when Lurch finishes arguing with Nate he returns to his house to pack his things because he wants to return to the UK, 'cause Alistair had been in the UK for a long time and only Lurch was in Los Santos, but unfortunately when Lurch got into the car and started the car engine, Nate's men came and pointed their guns, at that time Lurch rushed to open the door, but unfortunately the bullet had stuck to his body first, before he ran away, the reason Nate told his men to kill Lurch was because Lurch was no longer useful in Los Santos, Nate also rebelled by killing Lurch.
