Manoderecha M.C. finds itself in a precarious position where it must pay off a significant debt to its underworld supplier, the TRIAD crime organization, or risk losing the trust of its largest supplier. Additionally, the club must fund and ensure security amidst a gang war with other major criminal organizations (Mayahuel MC and Higaki) who are attempting to overthrow Manoderecha M.C. from their top spot as distributors of illicit business. The club's founder calls for a major meeting with all members to discuss and find a solution to the issues plaguing the club. A vote is held, and they agree to rob the central bank of Los Santos meticulously, swiftly, and with careful planning.

On the day of the heist, everything goes smoothly as three Burrito vans successfully transport the money handed over by the bank tellers and store it in bags. However, complications arise when 50% of the members believe that the club can still proceed to rob the vault where the bank keeps hundreds of gold bars. On one side, some want to stick to the original plan, while others want to proceed with the extended robbery. The heated arguments waste valuable time, and their mistake leads to a fatal consequence. The entire bank is surrounded by the police, and their choice to execute the original plan is dashed. All members trapped inside, along with Sandra, must negotiate with the police to maintain their respective positions, and the police will negotiate for the safety of the hostages.

Failure ensues as the negotiation doesn't go smoothly, and the special forces team breaches Manoderecha MC's defenses, resulting in a large-scale battle that leads to the death of all Manoderecha MC members.
