Long story short, Norman was always beating a punching bag and running on a treadmill at home to get rid of thoughts about his mother who had died. Norman only had a father. He asked his father. not to work and he wants his father to just stay at home enjoying his old age because Norman doesn't want to lose the people he cares about and loves, Norman always trains day after day, he always runs around the city of Los Santos in the morning and evening. If he has a day off from work, Norman still works at the company he started when he was still in school.
