Can I create an account with out Phone number?

Hello, my name is Matty and I'm from Vietnam. 

I've played SAMP since 2014 in Vietnamese Server but now we don't have any good server in Vietnam. JGRP is quite comparable to the server I used to play on. Since I don't have a phone number in Indonesia, I can't create a character on the server. Is it possible for me to play here? I'm grateful and sending you my warmest wishes.

I'm not sure you can make a UCP without an Indonesian telephone number, the solution might be that you can buy a telephone number with +62 in your country's marketplace.

It is impossible you play on this server, because JG:RP is only for Indonesian. So sorry we can't help you with that.
