     In the suburbs of a city in the USA, Marcos Torres is a black man enjoying a quiet life. He works as a gardener in a luxury villa, tending to the beautiful plants that are the pride of the owner. Marcos is known as a humble and loving person, always smiling at anyone who crosses his path. However, Marcos' life took a sudden turn when he began to experience financial difficulties. His wages as a gardener were insufficient to meet his daily needs, especially due to the medical expenses of his terminally ill mother. In his desperation, Marcos was tempted by the offer of a drug dealer who promised him huge sums of money in a short period of time.

 

     Initially, Marcos refused the offer, but the economic pressure and urgent need made him finally accept. He ended up in the dark world of drug trafficking, trying to earn money to save his sick mother. Although he felt guilty and burdened by his choice, the need for money and the pressures of life kept him falling deeper into the illegal activity. After a few months of Marcos working in drug trafficking, his finances began to improve, Marcos had taken his mother to the hospital for treatment. Marcos also bought a decent apartment for his mother to live in.

 

     However, after the next few months of Marcos' involvement in the drug trade, Marcos realized that his decision had ruined many things in his life. He feels increasingly trapped in a never-ending cycle of crime. Finally, Marcos thought hard about getting out of the dark world, he wanted to return to a normal life with a calm state without feeling strong inner pressure. But Marcos did not dare to act because his superiors were cruel and did not hesitate to kill anyone who wanted to escape from his business. His once peaceful and harmonious life now turns into a tragic story of regret and loss. Marcos also had a hard day and was haunted by fear, anxiety because of the consequences of the job he had taken.
