Cisneros was a figure known among criminals as cunning and cruel. As a child, Cisneros had lived his life stealing, cheating, and using violence to achieve his goals. From a young age, Cisneros was involved in criminal activities. His father, Santiago Bernardo, was a famous drug kingpin, and Cisneros grew up in the shadow of the criminal world. He learned all the tricks and tactics to avoid capture, and over time, he built a powerful network of connections in the underworld. Cisneros was skilled in planning his crimes. He often uses his intelligence to organize elaborate deceptions and escape from the law. However, behind his mask of toughness and awesomeness, there is a deep loneliness. Cisneros never really trusted anyone, even his own criminal partners. One day, Cisneros was involved in a major transaction with another drug cartel. However, the deal turned into a brutal underground war. Together with armed forces, Cisneros was involved in fierce fighting which resulted in many casualties. In the chaos, Cisneros realized that his life had been destroyed by ambition and violence. He begins to question his life choices and reflects on all the crimes he has committed. However, it was too late. Police surrounded the scene of the fighting, and Cisneros was forced to flee. Finally, Cisneros managed to escape to Bone County, Northern of Los Santos. Cisneros was discovered by a local resident who likes riding motorbikes named Jorge Camejo. Cisneros told everything that happened to Jorge Camejo which caused him to be exiled in the village. Behind his tough appearance, his eyes told a story full of regret. At the end of the story, Jorge was interested in the story told by Cisneros, and it turned out that Jorge was also a person with the same background as Cisneros, he was a motorbike under the guise of a criminal from Los Rojo Manoderecha M.C. Red County. Hearing the story told by Cisneros, this made Jorge recruit Cisneros into a sub-chapter in his motorbike community called Sahuarita, Bone County.
