Sabras Fonseca is a 19-year-old teenager living in Los Santos, Sabras was living in Mexico but he and his family moved to Alabama and then to Los Santos. Sabras has not been taken care by his mother since the age of 17 because of her depression of losing his father. Sabras felt depressed about it, and also ended his basketball career at university because of his depression which resulted in Sabras suffering from frequent injuries. Sabras has been living alone since moving to Los Santos with less money, he have been suffering the hard situation from that and survived on Los Santos. He stayed at the Idlewood Motel and hang out with local people. Sabras got a job as a restaurant employee and also had an illegal job as a cocaine distributor for a cartel group. Sabras did his job so well that his boss was happy and was offered frequent jobs. Sabras distributed the goods in the Los Santos area, as his boss assigned places to members of the cartel and Sabras took care of the Los Santos area. Sabras was known in the cartel organization by the high-ranking leaders there and he's usually called Stabby. Sabras used the name Stabby as his nickname. Sabras was assigned the task of distributing 2000 grams of cocaine, his first job transporting a large package of cocaine.

After a few days, Sabras received a call from his friend Ornell to prepare a cocaine for his orders to the Sabras's boss. Sabras tried to confirm with his boss and it was true that Ornell ordered cocaine earlier. Sabras immediately went to the Ocean Docks where the goods were stored by the organization. Sabras took a box from the container and delivered the cocaine to the place Ornell had told him about. Sabras immediately went to Blueberry to meet with Ornell. After arriving at the location, Sabras called Ornell to confirm and Ornell arrived. Sabras and Ornell talked for a while and showed Ornell the items that Ornell had ordered. However, Ornell pointed a gun at Sabras, Sabras also pointed his gun. But Sabras lost and still died with Ornell's gun. It was found that Ornell was a rival of Sabras's organization, and Sabras had long been targeted by Ornell. Ornell left Sabras' body and took away the box of cocaine.
