Being a member of LSPD is not easy. Few people are selected to enter into this set of processes. Therefore, I present 'LSPD - The Rookie' as a living proof of the dark and long journey of every painful, fun, hicterous, stressful process.

First Roll Call

Roll call is an activity in which officers gather before the start of their shift or duty.

In a roll call, the officer will listen to information related to the task and the latest events.

Generally, new officers will sit in the front seat while this activity is taking place.

Debrief

Debriefing is a practice carried out after the resolution of an incident,

involving officers gathered in a circle formation.

The discussion includes what happened,

how it happened, the end result,

and efforts to improve or improve the quality of handling.

Being a rookie is not easy, when we were accepted and in the probation period,

we had to go through a 4 week probation period which was quite tiring,

with various 4 stages of tests that we had to do with perfect scores.

If we fail to pass this stage, we will suffer the consequences of being expelled from LSPD.
