This faction potrays the modern-day life of a Hispanic gang in LS. You can roleplay as a teenager who was born and raised in LS that soon will be affiliated with the gang.  You must develop a realistic character development as well. Word On The Street

 

   Word on the street is that after Zaylen "Skinny" Velazquez  did a hood patrol and got suspicious seeing a couple of Florencia 13 members posted up around the Idlewood frequently. He quickly spread the news whole the hood and told Julian "Casper" Erasmo  sometimes to give him the updates from time to time. Zaylen "Skinny" Velazquez  asking Playboys 13 members to keep eyes on them and slide through the area way more often.
