CK Story:

          E/S Asian Rascal Gang, is one of the largest Asian Gangs dominated by Southeast Asian-American youths in Los Santos, specifically in Los Flores, East Beach. E/S Asian Rascal Gang is still dominated by Cambodian-Americans, the highest leadership is held by their Big O.G Keenan Rithipol. Keenan Rithipol is the most respected member of the E/S Asian Rascal gang. He is the person Declan Recio trusts to lead the Raskal and handle all the business run by this gang. Keenan Rithipol is also responsible for young members.
          The E/S Asian Rascal gang previously split due to all its members fleeing the gang war because their numbers were decreasing over time but their enemies were getting stronger and increasing in number. They disappeared and then were reunited by Declan Recio. Several years later Declan Recio was killed in a gang war with their rivals, and the highest leadership was held by Keenan Rithipol. Keenan Rithipol continues the business that was built by Declan, assisted by his brother Garrick Rithisak. In one incident, Keenan Rithipol and other gang members carried out an attack on their rival gang. Before that, several detectives from SAPD had been watching them. And when Keenan Rithipol and his gang members carried out an attack, the police surrounded them and arrested them all. The gang member who was with Keenan was shot dead by the police, leaving Keenan alone. Keenan Rithipol was then arrested and imprisoned.
          Keenan Rithipol was jailed for attempted murder, possession of illegal weapons, and assault on SAPD members. Keenan Rithipol was later convicted and imprisoned for several years. And when he was free from his sentence, Keenan declared his freedom to all his gang members through Socheata Ponleak. He declared his freedom a few days before his prison term ended. On the day of his freedom, he prepared to return to his neighborhood, but misfortune befell him. When he came out of prison, none of his gang members greeted him. Then when he called a taxi service, several members of their rival gang shot Keenan Rithipol and left his body for dead. A few days later, news of Keenan Rithipol's death spread to all members of his gang.
