Even though their family was well off, they still decided to go to the United States. They flew to the United States and settled in the city of Queens in New York state. In this city there is an area commonly referred to as Chinatown, where the population is mostly of Asian descent. In 1988, Vivienne gave birth to a child, they named him Henry Chen (陳家華). Henry Chen then grew and developed, but he lacked attention and affection from his parents because they were too busy with their business. Until 2004, Bryan and Vivienne died in an accident. Their car hit a truck that was traveling at high speed and their lives could not be saved. When he was a teenager, Henry Chen already knew about a criminal group in his city. After his parents died, Henry worked as a debt collector to make ends meet. At the same time, Henry was also involved in small-scale criminal acts such as assault, selling weapons and drugs. At the age of 30, he then became a confidant of the leader of an Asian Mob, namely 14K Triad in Queens, New York. He handles the businesses owned by this group. Henry is not alone in operating it, he is assisted by two brothers, namely Roger Kong and Azazel Kong. An incident occurred in 2023, where several high-ranking members of the 14K Triad group in Queens were murdered by another Triad group which was their rival. Henry received news that information about them was leaked by one of the members who betrayed his oath for the sake of a lot of money that was promised if he leaked information about the 14K Triad. Henry Chen along with Roger and Azazel then went to find the traitor. According to the information they got, the traitor was in Los Santos.
