He grew up in the United Kingdom, and George's parents were very influential people in the United Kingdom. George lived with luxurious facilities and lots of servants in his magnificent house. George could be said to be a smart child, but his manners and bad character are what make people around him hate George. In 1992, 11 year old George was about to go up to Grade 6 elementary school, but George got in to trouble for making a fuss which results George's grade to stay on Grade 5 instead of Grade 6. This news indeed makes George's parents mad, George and his parents were arguing on his bad behavior. In the result, George was grounded and were punished by his parents to live outside for a day and reconsider again about his behavior. While George were roaming around the street finding for shelter for him to rest on while cussing about his parents, regretting and asking why he was born. Soon after, George found a cozy shelter below the bridge. There he saw a homeless old man with an amputated leg eating vigorously on a leftover food. George felt disgusted by the old man's action but George wont be able to sleep on the cold night without a shelter so he decided to sit and rest beside the old man. The old man asked why George roams around the city and sleep on a vile space below the bridge. George replies that he got grounded by his parents for making a fuss, and he got grounded to stay outside for 1 day as the reward. The old man giggles and tells him to Stop the bad behavior and cussing about his parents. George tells the old man that he doesn't regret cussing his parents. The old man said that he once had a parents, but lost them at a war. He never got a chance to say anything to his parents because all he does is neglecting his parents advices. George's heart were touched by the short story of what the old man tells. George and the old man soon went into a sleep after talking with each other. The next day, George decides to go to his parents house. George rang the bell and saw one of his maid open the door and welcomes him. George was confused and asks where is his parents. The maid said that George's parents were out for a business trip by the plane. George was stunned hearing the news but were relaxed after hearing that his parents will return soon after 5 days. 5 days passed and George's parents still haven't returned from the business trip yet. George was afraid and ran to the living room and turn on his TV, switching channels after channels just to find a news about his parents condition. When George switches the channel to the last channel about news, he was stunned seeing a plane crash from UK-UK. George panicked and cries that his parents were gone when George didn't had a chance to say his last goodbye to his parents. Suddenly, the doorbell rang, George slowly approaches the door with no effort. Slowly approaching the door and opens it slowly, Surprisingly, it was George's parent who came back from their business trip. George who was desperate turns in to a child who saw a pool full of candy and hugs his parents while saying " Where have you been? I missed both of you" Cried George. Soon after, the stubborn child and his parents soon reunited. In 2001, George who is now a grown teenager after graduating himself in UK making both of his parents proud. George tells their parents that he wants to live at Los Santos, a place full of dream jobs every people around the world wants. George's parents weren't sure about their son's decision but in the end, they agree to it. After George packs up what he needs to bring to fulfill his life being one of the native Los Santos ,George and his parent's went to Southampton Airport and George finally said goodbye to his parent's. After a long trip in the air, George finally touches his feet on Los Santos and immediately make his own identification as being one of the Los Santos's native civilian Santos.
