In the streets of East Los Santos which is full of poverty and crimanal activities, a boy named Arsenio Chavo was born sencerity. Arsenio well known really tough and brave of anything since when he was a lil boy, his father was a unemployed man who was very addicted and obsessed by drugs, his mother was known very humble and caring of him. Knowing that he was growing up in East of Los Santos that has most crimes committed, also affected him to be a criminal and makes riots and negative activities. Arsenio has a skills of arts and making graffities, he studies it by himself in his room using only a marker, from his habit that he always learn and do everyday he knows that there was so many street arts that known as tagger. The tagger activities affected him to do what they were doing everyday, but he knows every act he does will always has a consequences but on the other hand he was known as a brave and tough boy in the streets. First day of school, Arsenio made a trouble with other teenage in the bathroom after he trying to mock the teenage. Arsenio well known really hate school, he deliberately always does things that are prohibited at school so that he can be expelled from school. Such as making noise, fighting, bullying and even arms dealing. He did all this just to get expelled from the school. Arsenio thingking that school was a place that maked only for wasting his time, he hates to wake up early in the morning and get shower, and also he hates to do the homework everyday. Arsenio has a tattoo that he deliberately made so he could be expelled from school, he decided to get another tattoo for twice and last with stolen cashes, that he stole from his mother's cashes. One day when the tattoo was maked, he goes to school with it and deliberately showing it to every students and the teachers. Short after that, he got kicked out right after the day he went to school and flexing it. His mom and his father didnt know what Arsenio has made in his school, from that day he have to lies to his mother that he says he wanna go to school but actully he dont. He goes to every streets and alleyway to makes a grafitti and does violence. Shortly after he got kicked out from his school, he plans to change the location where he lives and migrate to earn money. He moved to housing around the east nearly of the carwash, the location and the streets around there was really known has a gangbangers that banging all the time in the streets. One day when he decided to goes outside without any arms, he meets one of the gang member around the housing, also known as Rambo. Rambo was really known figure in the neighborhood, the name Rambo was really famous around the neighborhood. From there Arsenio has a connection with the gang that known as Monte Vista Flats in East of Los Santos, he knows all the stats of the gang from Rambo, Rambo was actully a cholo the member of Monte Vista Flats. From that, Arsenio decided to be more deeper with the members of Monte Vista Flats and the homies around. The connection was really important for him to tie ties of brotherhood and earn more cashes with them. Now he plans to being a more deeper and does the daily of his live with Monte Vista Flats.
