He has an older brother named Matias Morreno, and the two of them currently reside in East Los Santos. Since birth, Thiago has been known to be very close to various aspects of his environment, so he has a lot of friends and relationships. However, because of their strict parents, Tigo and Matias only interact very infrequently. When Thiago was 12 and Matias was 13, they both went to the same school, Iddlewood High School, to learn and grow. However, they were not always together because Matias preferred to go home right away, whereas Thiago preferred to spend more time interacting with people. But when Thiago was chosen to play basketball for Iddlewood High School, he immediately rose to fame in Los Santos. However, when the test was done on him, it turned out that Thiago was suspected of using addictive substances because it was discovered that there were many substances in his body during the urine test. As a result, Thiago was a little depressed because it was discovered that he was consuming addictive substances, and of course it led to the team expelling Thiago for using narcotics illegally. He got into a battle with a fellow student at Iddlewood High School at the same time because the other person criticized and berated him for failing the basketball selection. After the fight was nearly over, the other student claimed to be the one who had added addictive drugs to Thiago's daily drink. He naturally developed resentment over it and kept it to himself until after he graduated from Iddlewood High School. He felt strongly that he belonged to the basketball team in Los Santos, even though he was aware that the addictive substances in his body prevented him from joining while he was still a student there. Then he told Matias about it, and Matias offered an unbeatable solution: sell addictive drugs around East Los Santos, with the proceeds going to Thiago. Of course, Thiago had second thoughts, but he agreed because he wanted to become well-known in Los Santos.
